End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT:

You should read the following license agreement before using and installing the software.
By running and/or installing you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree that you’ll be legally bound by them.
If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, don’t continue to use and/or install this software.

Ammyy Admin license agreement

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This is the End User License Agreement (the “AGREEMENT”) is a legal agreement between you (“CUSTOMER”), the end-user, and Ammyy Inc. (“the COMPANY”), manufacturer and the copyright owner, for the use of Ammyy Admin software product (“the SOFTWARE”).

CUSTOMER is granted the right to distribute the SOFTWARE in its freeware form to third parties, provided the latter agree to accept the terms of this agreement.
CUSTOMER shall not remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from Ammyy Inc.

CUSTOMER shall not cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, modification or decompilation of the SOFTWARE.

CUSTOMER shall not disclose his license registration number to third parties if he is a registered licensee user.

COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF PROGRAM

Ammyy Admin is the proprietary product of COMPANY and its licensors and it is protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
This software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization is an exclusive product of the COMPANY, which retains the property rights to the software, its copies, modifications, or merged parts.

CUSTOMER acquires only the right to use the SOFTWARE and does not acquire any rights, express or implied, in Ammyy Admin other than those specified in this License.Developer, or its licensor, shall at all times retain all rights, title, interest, including intellectual property rights, in Ammyy Admin.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTFWARE BEARS ALL RISKS AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

NEITHER AMMYY LLC NOR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES AND LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS, REVENUE, DATA, INCURRED BY CUSTOMERS OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN CASES WHERE STATE OR COUNTRY LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATION THE LIABILITY SHALL IN ANY CASE BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE LICENSE.
CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CUSTOMER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
