01/09/2014. Ammyy Inc. released Ammyy Admin v3.4 with the following new features and minor fixes:

1. Now you can limit access to the file system by selecting the folder in Ammyy settings (tab "Client").

2. The bug is fixed - the toolbar wasn't shown in some languages (Hebrew and others).

10/28/2013. Ammyy Inc. released Ammyy Admin v3.3 with the following new features and minor fixes:

1. The RDP protocol is fully supported now, earlier it had a bugs on Windows 7/8.

2. The bug is fixed with hotkey (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R) when "Send System Keyboard shortcuts" is on.

3. The bug is fixed with command line, also new parameters ( -password and -mode) of command line are added.

4. The bug is fixed - now Ammyy doesn't add US keyboard layout in the system if there is v3.2 or above on remote side.

5. The warning is added when attempting to close main window if active sessions (incoming or outgoing) are exist.

6. The setting Full-Screen mode is added for saving.

7. The string "Ammyy process" is added in the operator's window "Connection Settings..." which shows rights of Ammyy process on remote side (system, service, elevated).

08/04/2013. Ammyy Inc. improves customer panel

Ammyy Admin customer panel which is available for those who have bought a paid license now works via HTTPS (a secure Internet data transfer protocol).

Customer panel lets you do the following:

1. Bind certain computers to a license on-line.

2. View on-line and export sessions' statistics logs to a CSV file:

• A cusmoter can get such sessions' info like: date, time, duration, Client name, Client ID and IP, Operator name, Operator ID and IP, sent and received traffic volume.
• Besides, all sessions can be filtered by date, Client ID, Operator IP.
• For information security audit the statistics also provides logs for sessions that haven't passed authorization.

07/03/2013. Ammyy Inc. released Ammyy Admin v3.2 with the following new features and minor fixes:

1. Added feature Ammyy -> Settings -> Client -> Access Permissions -> "Automatically lock this computer after finishing all sessions". If it's on - Ammyy Admin automatically locks Windows when last operator disconnects.

We recommend using it on unattended computers because:

- It provides security in case malefactors get physical access to the computer. Even if one unexpectedly turns off Internet connection (while the operator is working), Ammyy Admin immediately locks this computer.

- It strengthens authentication as after Ammyy Admin authentication one has to go through Windows authentication (because of the PC's locked state after the last disconnection).

2. "Lock Computer" feature is added for operator to lock Windows on remote computer.

3. "Send System Keyboard shortcuts" feature is added for operator. If it's on - system keyboard combinations (such as Alt+Tab ALt+F4 WinKey+L) are transmitted to remote computer. If it's off – they're executed on local operator computer.

4. The keyboard bugs with VK_LWIN , VK_RWIN , VK_APPS and others are fixed now.

5. The contact book "sort by" feature bug is fixed now.
